Maccheroni with mushrooms and sausage.



Ingredients (for 4 portions):

  • 350 Gr. Dried Maccheroni Pasta
  • 350 Gr. Sausage meat
  • Onion
  • 20 Gr. Dried Porcini Mushrooms
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper

Preparation:
Soak the mushrooms in warm water, drain, chop and put the water to one side
Soften the sliced onion in oil for 10 minutes, and then add the sausage meat and brown.
Add in the mushrooms with some of the water previously used to soak them, salt and pepper and let the sauce reduce.
Cook the maccheroni in plenty of salty water, drain and dress with the sauce and parmesan cheese.
