Barbera del Monferrato DOC
Production area: Ovada's village and Carpeneto's village.

Grapes: Barbera single varietal.

Alcohol content: 12% vol.

Vinification: de-stemming, maceration is conducted for about seven days; after the racking and the first decantation, the malolactic fermentation is obtained.

Organoleptic
Colour: ruby red.
Perfume: vinous and intense, with fruity notes.
Taste: dry, structured and well balanced.

Serving temperature: 16-18°C.

Pairings: It pairs very well with traditional starters, pasta dishes, red meat and barbecued food.
