Convivio Dolcetto di Ovada DOC
Production area: Carpeneto's village.

Grapes: Dolcetto single varietal.

Alcohol content: 13,5% vol.

Vinification: soft de-stemming, maceration is conducted for about seven-eight days with intense pump-overs, punching down the cap; after the racking and the first decantation, the malolactic fermentation is obtained.

Organoleptic
Colour: ruby red with beautiful purple hues.
Perfume: fine and pleasant, with clear hints of blackberry and violet.
Taste: full and round, soft and with a pleasantly bitter aftertaste.

Serving temperature: 16°C.

Pairings: Stuffed pasta, roasts, cheese. This wine combines perfectly with the traditional “agnolotti” ravioli.
