Vinification: soft pressing; cold extraction of the lees, fermentation at a specific and controlled temperature.

Colour: light straw yellow.
Perfume: fine, delicately fruity.
Taste: fresh, sapid and harmonious.

Serving temperature: 8-10°C.

Pairings: Ideal with appetizers, white meat and fish dishes. Excellent as an aperitif.
