Cuimarö Bianc Monferrato DOC Bianco
Production area: the best and selected grapes from the vineyard “Pagliuzza”, located in the Sant'Evasio area, are parts of this wine.

Grapes: Sauvignon single varietal, hand picked.

Alcohol content: 13% vol.

Vinification: soft pressing, cold extraction of the lees, fermentation at a specific and controlled temperature.

Refinement: the wine is aged on its fine lees in steel tanks for six months at a specific and controlled temperature.

Organoleptic
Colour: straw yellow of medium intensity with green hints.
Perfume: broad and fine, with nice varietal Sauvignon notes in evidence (white peach, fig, mint, citrus and elder).
Taste: full-balanced, with a great freshness to integrate the shape.

Serving temperature: 10-12°C.

Pairings: Appetizers, seafood, pasta dishes with vegetables, asparagus, perfect with smoked salmon.
