Dolcetto di Ovada DOC
Production area: Ovada's village and Carpeneto's village.

Grapes: Dolcetto single varietal.

Alcohol content: 12% vol.

Vinification: soft de-stemming, a seven-day-long maceration; after the racking and the first decantation, the malolactic fermentation is obtained.

Organoleptic
Colour: ruby red.
Perfume: characteristic, with clear fruity hints.
Taste: dry, soft, fruity and almonded.

Serving temperature: 16-18°C.

Pairings: Recommended for classic Italian main courses: grilled meat, wild game and cheese. Very good with traditional “agnolotti” ravioli.
