Production area: Ovada's village and Carpeneto's village.

Alcohol content: 11,5% vol.

Vinification: soft pressing, cold extraction of the lees, fermentation at a specific and controlled temperature.

Organoleptic
Colour: light straw yellow.
Perfume: fine, light and persistent with notes of white flowers and green apple.
Taste: pleasant and harmonious, with a nice freshness accentuated by a slight final content of carbon dioxide.

Serving temperature: 8-10°C.

Pairings: Appetizers, light first courses, shellfish and steamed fish. Recommended as an aperitif.
