La Mora Monferrato DOC Rosso
Production area: Ovada's village and Carpeneto's village.

Alcohol content: 12,5% vol.

Vinification: all the grapes are, of course vinified separately. Soft de-stemming, with seven-days-long maceration, after the racking and the first decantation, the different wines have obtained the malolactic fermentation.

Organoleptic
Colour: deep ruby red with purple hues.
Perfume: fine, full and persistent with fruity notes of blackberry, cherry and an elegant nuance of pepper.
Taste: rich and round, soft and very long taste-olfactory persistence.

Serving temperature: 16°C.

Pairings: Lasagne alla Bolognese, stuffed pasta, agnolotti pasta, red and white roasted meat, medium-aged cheeses.
