Lazzarina Barbera del Monferrato DOC
Production area: Carpeneto's village.

Grapes: Barbera single varietal.

Alcohol content: 13% vol.

Vinification: de-stemming, seven-days-long maceration with intense pump-overs, punching down the cap; after the racking and the first decantation, malolactic fermentation is obtained.

Organoleptic
Colour: burning ruby red and intense.
Perfume: beautiful and intense with fruity notes of plums and currants.
Taste: full and long, with lovely refreshing acidity to balance the structure.

Serving temperature: 16°C.

Pairings: Red and white meat, perfect with salami and cold pork meats, recommended also with marinated fish.
